Jamaican Jerk Cuisine that you can do at home courtesy Grace Foods.
Now not everyone can have a jerk pit in their yard or easy access to the seasonings. So we got some help from the folks at Grace Foods and here are the recipes “Juicy Chef” Jacqui did that you can also create at home using the convenience of Grace products.
So following through on our informal “Best Jerk Restaurant in Jamaica” facebook contest we went to Montego Bay and recorded the segment at Scotchie’s Mo Bay and then across the street at the fabulous Holiday Inn Sunspree Resort.

Jerk Chicken Alfredo
4 Raw Chicken Breasts
Grace Jerk Marinade
1 Pack Mushrooms
1 Pack Penne Pasta
1 Jar Alfredo Sauce
1 Bunch Parsley
1 Carton Cherry Tomatoes
Jerk Pork Salad with Grilled Pineapple
1 Bag Mixed Organic Greens
1 to 2lbs Ready Made Jerk Pork
1 Can Grace Pineapple
2 Colored Sweet Peppers
1 Red Onion
2 Salad Tomatoes
1 Bunch Cilantro
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Salt and Pepper
